Annual Subscription
CMG memberships are billed annually. By completing your purchase, you authorise CMG or our payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable membership fee.
Payment Plans
Where offered, 2–3 month payment plans may be available. Payment plan terms are agreed at the time of purchase. Failure to complete payment plan instalments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Renewals
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive advance notice of upcoming renewals. To cancel auto-renewal, contact us before the renewal date.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital educational content, all membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted and content has been accessed. If you have not accessed any content within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us.
In exceptional circumstances, CMG may issue refunds at its sole discretion.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Access may be suspended until payment is resolved. Continued failure to pay may result in membership termination.

Not share CMG content, strategies, or research outside the community
Not engage in spam, self-promotion, or off-topic solicitation
Not harass, threaten, or intimidate other members
Not share content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
Respect the educational nature of the community — this is not a signal service
CMG reserves the right to remove any member from the Discord community for violations of these rules, with or without prior warning. Removal from Discord does not entitle the member to a refund.
